Kelly Kirby is the Chief Events Officer of Grand Events Management, LLC, a premier event planning and design company based in New Orleans. A Certified Wedding Planner (CWP), Kelly has spent nearly a decade transforming celebrations into unforgettable experiences across the U.S.

From weddings and corporate events to festivals and social galas, Kelly leads a skilled team of planners and stylists, bringing each client’s vision into fruition with custom decor, styling, and full-scale planning services.

Her standout work includes styling for the entertainers at the Zulu Coronation Ball, Tina Knowles Lawson’s Black Excellence Brunch, Bobby Brown’s Brown Beauty Pop Up Shop, and The REUP Tour with RobiNicole Inc.

In 2025, I proudly curated my first celebrity baby shower for Akbar in Miami. A milestone that marked a new chapter in my journey. I provide an extensive array of services that cover both the digital and physical sides of event planning. I’m a proud New Orleans native, devoted mother, and grandmother to three incredible grandsons. For nearly two decades, I’ve blended creativity, strategy, and heart to build a thriving, multi-faceted business that serves clients locally and across the country.

As the founder of Amazing Arrangements, I specialize in elevated event design, balloon décor, and custom experiences that leave lasting impressions. My work has graced the celebrations of everyday clients and celebrities alike, and I bring that same level of intention, creativity, and execution to every project—big or small.

In addition to full-service event planning and design, I offer three dynamic décor options to meet clients; Design digital templates, custom design, print and ship services, and full-service event planning and design

I also run a Creative Studio, a versatile space designed to inspire, educate, and celebrate. Here, I host hands-on workshops, rhinestone t-shirt parties, and small group classes in balloon art, cake decorating, and more. It’s where creativity meets community, and where aspiring artists and event lovers come to grow.

As a balloon décor and cake decorating instructor, a digital product creator, and a professional CDL driver, I proudly balance artistry and entrepreneurship with dedication and real-world hustle.
